Lunalu's Diary: Coolest Forts Around

Crazy Forts help to make the dopest forts! Just add bedsheets for endless fun! Crazy Fort is powered by a child’s imagination. A single Crazy Fort Kit contains 25 geometrically precise balls and 44 sticks that connect to create a multitude of possible play structures. Simply throw a bed sheet over top and watch their creativity flourish. A rocket today, an undiscovered cave tomorrow, a princess castle one day and a wild horse in a corral next week are all possible with Crazy Forts. Toys that promote collaborative play between boys and girls are few and far between. The more they have, the better it gets as multiple kit structures are even more impressive.

Lunalu's Diary: Travel Gear

Since I’ve been traveling with Luna a lot lately, I’ve been researching great travel gear to try to make the whole traveling with tot experience a little more tolerable (if it’s possible at all). Toddler headphones are one of my latest finds. The ones we purchased are from Griffen and they are called My Phones. They are amazing! Really good quality and works on most airlines plus as well as ipods, portable dvd players, laptops, etc. It says it should be too big for a 2 year old but my Luna wears them just fine. Guess she has a big head! LOL

Let Little Ones Express Themselves

Lunalu's Diary: Let Little Ones Express Themselves

We are big believers in letting children express themselves in any and every way imaginable. Some great ideas are: finger painting, letting them choose what they wear, coloring, building, singing, dancing, drawing, play doh, and dress up. Who cares if they make a mess or look ‘silly’! What they get out of it trumps any hassle of the clean up! Here’s a photo of Luna finger painting.

This beautiful butterfly was designed by Alain Micquiaux and reminds everyone that kites are not only a matter of competition: they are above all a matter of pleasure!
